Our approach centers around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), clinically proven to be the most effective long-term solution for chronic sleep problems. What is CBT-i?
CBT-i is a proven, non-medication approach for overcoming persistent difficulty with sleep. It is recognized by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Physicians as the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia. Unlike medication, CBT-i addresses the underlying factors maintaining sleep difficulties, not just the symptoms, leading to sustainable improvements in sleep quality and duration.
What to Expect?
You will first schedule a 60-75 minute intake. If CBT-i is a fit for what you're struggling with, you can expect a total of 5-12 sessions, with many individuals receiving meaningful benefit within the first couple weeks.

She brings compassion and open-mindedness to sessions and works to ensure that she can help enrich the lives of her clients.
Lauren Reeves, PhD
Lauren is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience supporting clients in achieving their mental health and wellbeing goals. While she specializes in evidence-based insomnia treatment, her practice extends beyond sleep to help you handle stress, discover meaningful priorities, and adjust to new chapters in your life. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, collaborative style that helps clients feel supported on their journey toward better sleep and overall wellbeing.
